Question by monkees19: How should one dress at the Majestic Theater in New York?
I’m going to see an off Broadway performance of Phantom of the Opera today and was curious as to the dress code. I’m spending the whole day in the city and would like to wear jeans but wasn’t sure if I’d be underdressed. Thanks

I would wear dress slacks and comfortable shoes and clothing that I can layer. Although it may be a little chilly outside, once you walk around, you will warm up quickly. Also, if you are female, carry a large, half empty hand bag for bottled water and perhaps small purchases if you intend to shop.
